如何寫一封參展後的追蹤與感謝函

拜讀您的網頁有一段時間，從中真的獲益良多。這邊有件事想請教，就是參展後的感謝函要怎樣撰寫才能有所回應? 可否舉個例子供參考一下。謝謝！

參展完最重要的任務就是要追蹤所有來過攤位參觀的訪客，怎樣寫一封感謝函向其致意，勾起客人對我們的記憶，並適時催單？以下內容，提供給你與大家一起參考。

Dear Mr. XXX,

開頭問候語：

How are you doing ?

We hope you enjoyed your stay in Las Vegas and returned safely to Italy.

第一段寫法(一)：針對客人是自己進來我們攤位參觀，並非受我方邀約而來的。

It was a pleasure to meet you at the CES show in Las Vegas last month. I am glad to know that you are interested in our foldable earphone product.

第一段寫法(二)：針對客人是受我方邀約，而來我們攤位參觀的。

It was very kind of you to take our invitation to visit our booth at the CES show last month. We are very glad to know that you are interested in our latest developed product , the foldable earphone.

第二段寫法(一)：當客人在攤位上曾表示有意下單時。

For reminding purpose, you mentioned that you will place a trial order within one month, and now should be the time to discuss the further details.

第二段寫法(二)：當客人並無特別表示有意下單時。

We believe you are impressed with our potential products, and hopefully, you will soon make a decision to confirm an order to start our business relationship.

第三段可以大約介紹客人有興趣或有意購買的產品，喚醒客人的回憶，因為客人可能參觀過很多攤位，看過很多產品，這時不妨再提醒他一下。( 這段請自由發揮 )
